About The Role
The role builds and maintains full-stack systems that ship user-facing products used by thousands of customers daily - spanning backend services, web frontends, and the infrastructure that connects them. The engineer will work across the stack in a product-oriented team, collaborating directly with designers, product managers, and other engineers to take features from design to production without handoffs or gatekeepers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, owning delivery from API design to production UI Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL and Redis, with attention to performance, pagination, and schema design Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces in React with modern tooling (Vite, Next.js, Tailwind CSS), maintaining strong Lighthouse scores and WCAG compliance Write integration and end-to-end tests using Jest, Playwright, or equivalent, and maintain CI pipelines in GitHub Actions Instrument services with structured logging, tracing, and metrics (Datadog or similar) to support observability and on-call readiness Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design docs; mentor mid-level engineers on the team Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and deployment workflows in Docker and Kubernetes-based environments What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production web applications Strong proficiency in TypeScript or a similar typed language across both backend and frontend codebases Hands-on experience with React (or Vue/Svelte) and modern state management patterns Solid backend fundamentals: API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL), caching, authentication, and async processing Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment workflows Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; track record of owning features end-to-end Bonus: Experience with mobile development (React Native or Swift/Kotlin), Kubernetes, or prior work in a product-led startup environment
