Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Espino’s Furniture is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media, Content & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and help grow our online business. This position will focus on showcasing our furniture, showroom, design projects, promotions, and services while maintaining a polished and consistent brand image.

Duties

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Film and photograph furniture, new arrivals, showroom displays, installations, and design projects.
• Create and edit Reels, Stories, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries.
• Create content for sales, events, giveaways, financing, and store promotions.
• Maintain and update online product listings, photos, descriptions, and pricing.
• Assist with growing online engagement, customer inquiries, showroom traffic, and sales.
• Track content performance and identify what is working.
• Stay current with social media and marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media and content creation.
• Comfortable filming, photographing, and editing content.
• Knowledge of Canva and/or other editing software.
• Creative eye for furniture, interiors, and lifestyle content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to identify content opportunities without constant direction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
