Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of our restaurant and hospitality brands.

This role will coordinate social media, content creation, promotions, events, vendor relationships, merchandise, printed materials, and marketing calendars across multiple locations. The Marketing Coordinator will also support the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer traffic, and support sales growth.

The ideal candidate understands that marketing is not just about posting content—it is about building strong brands, creating engaging guest experiences, driving traffic, and delivering measurable business results. This person should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams, and help lead and coordinate marketing projects across several locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives
• Experience coordinating merchandise, branded materials, vendor relationships, and printed collateral
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage, coordinate, and support a team
• Strong organizational, communication, project-management, and follow-through skills
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, content creation, and marketing calendar management
• Hospitality or restaurant marketing experience is preferred
• Restaurant marketing strategy experience is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation is a plus
