Property Management Accountant

Locally owned residential property management company is seeking a full-time Property Management Accountant to join our accounting team.

The right individual will have prior experience in Accounting and/or Property Management. Applicant must have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and work well within a team.

Position involves (but is not limited to) tenant engagement, management of ledgers, processing AP & AR, generating financial reports, and communicating with owners.

Pay commiserate with experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
