Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs to promote effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, and coworkers. Performs other professional duties related to patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery. Upholds organizational mission statement, core values, and compliance standards, including confidentiality and professional conduct. Demonstrates behavior consistent with safety priorities, including patient and employee safety.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment development, ensures accurate documentation, and provides supervision for student programs. Maintains licensure and pursues ongoing professional development. Follows all regulatory and safety guidelines and actively participates in performance improvement initiatives.
