*HYBRID* Digital Designer - 40Hrs/Wk

Location

St. Louis, MO (Hybrid), Tues-Thurs in office, Mon + Fri WFH Location: Union Station Downtown St. Louis Department: Marketing / Creative Reports To: Manager, Digital Design The Digital Designer is responsible for bringing the brand to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital and marketing channels.

This role creates engaging campaign creative, brand assets, and digital experiences that strengthen emotional connections, support business objectives, and ensure a consistent brand presence across web, email, CRM, social media, paid media, and retail marketing.

Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Copy, eCommerce, Social Media, and Merchandising teams, the Digital Designer develops and executes creative concepts from strategy through launch. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with innovative thinking, expertise in digital design best practices, and a passion for typography, visual storytelling, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related creative field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign and digital design work Adobe After Effects, motion design, animation, video editing, and digital content creation Retail, entertainment, consumer products, licensing, lifestyle, or family-focused brands Expertise in typography, layout, composition, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving Understanding of digital accessibility standards, user-centered design principles, and digital experience best practices Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills Preferred Experience: Figma experience Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools for ideation and design innovation In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
