Help Residents Regain Strength, Mobility, and Independence!

Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan.

We are looking for a compassionate PT who enjoys working with older adults and helping residents achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress according to clinical guidelines.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Help residents work toward functional independence and improved quality of life.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Previous SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Dependable, team-oriented professional with a passion for patient care.
