We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Port Huron, Michigan.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services to help patients improve independence and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
