Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time | Warren, Michigan

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in post-acute rehabilitation? Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time OT to join our team in Warren, MI.

In this role, you'll help residents improve their ability to perform everyday activities, maintain independence, and return to the highest level of function possible.

Your Role Will Include:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment programs.
• Provide skilled interventions addressing daily living activities, upper extremity function, coordination, and safety.
• Assist residents with improving dressing, bathing, grooming, and other functional skills.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory techniques when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatrics preferred.
