Pay Breakdown

• Weekly Gross: $ 2300 To $ 2566 /Week
• Blended Hourly Rate: $ 66 To $ 71 /Hour
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 1466
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $ 1246

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: December 7, 2026

Shift: Night Shift | 12-Hour Rotating Nights

Work Setting: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) / Obstetrics

Call: Occasional Labor Call May Be Required

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) License or Active Multistate Compact (eNLC) RN License Required
• Must Be Experienced and Able to Work in Both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications Required
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification Required

Additional Requirements

• Skilled in Perinatal Care, Labor Support, Delivery, Postpartum Care, and Newborn Assessment
• OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE Certification Required Within 12 Months
• Must Be Comfortable With Sterile Technique and Maintaining a Sterile Field
• Weekend and Holiday Coverage May Be Required Based on Scheduling Needs
• Floating to Other Departments May Be Required With Appropriate Orientation and Training

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• SAFER NM Technician Certification Preferred
• Strong LDRP / OB Nursing Experience Preferred
• Strong Critical-Thinking, Communication, and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Skills Preferred
