Pay Breakdown

• Weekly Gross: $ 1800 To $ 2000 /Week
• Blended Hourly Rate: $ 50 To $ 57/Hour
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 847
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $ 1246

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM 7:00 PM | 3x12-Hour Shifts

Work Setting: Adolescent Psychiatry / Behavioral Health

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
• Minimum 3 Years of Nursing Experience Required
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required
• Current ACLS Certification Required
• Current PALS Certification Required
• Graduate of an Approved Nursing Program Required

Additional Requirements

• Experience Working With Children and Adolescents Preferred
• Candidate Must Reside More Than 50 Miles From the Assignment Location
• Candidates With Licensure Actions or Background Check Hits Will Not Be Considered
• Previous Employees of the Hiring Facility Are Not Eligible
• Basic Dysrhythmia Competency Preferred or Must Be Obtained Before Completion of Orientation
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training Preferred or Must Be Obtained Before Completion of Orientation
• Must Be Comfortable Working in High-Stress Behavioral Health Situations
• Up to 16 Hours of Orientation Is Unpaid
• Facility May Cancel Up to 3 Shifts During the 13-Week Contract
• No Holiday Coverage Required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 3 Years of Nursing Experience With Children and Adolescents
• Adolescent Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Nursing Experience
• CPI Training
• Basic Dysrhythmia Competency
