Pay Breakdown

• Weekly Gross: $1600 To $ 1887 /Week
• Blended Hourly Rate: $ 45 To $52 /Hour
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 1187
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $ 1246

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

Work Setting: Medical-Surgical / Acute Care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients using the nursing process.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor clinical changes, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate safe, effective patient care.
• Float to other departments as assigned and support staffing needs while maintaining safe nursing practice.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Washington Registered Nurse License or Eligible Multistate RN License Required
• Minimum 3 Years of Nursing Experience Required per Requisition
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required
• Current ACLS Certification Required
• Current NIHSS Certification Required

Additional Requirements

• Approved 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Training Required
• Nursys Demographic Verification Required for Multistate License Holders
• Must Be Willing to Float to Other Departments on a Rotating Basis
• Every Other Weekend Off
• Additional Shifts May Be Available
• Requested Time Off Must Be Approved and Added to the End of the Contract
• Holiday Coverage Required
• Meditech EMR Knowledge Helpful but Not Required
