We are seeking a highly experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer with recent, hands-on experience managing Windows operating systems, building and deploying Windows images, and supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong infrastructure background, proficiency in PowerShell scripting, and experience supporting large enterprise environments with 10,000+ Windows devices.

Experience with enterprise endpoint management tools such as SSCM/SCCM and Radia is a significant advantage. The candidate should be capable of stepping into the role and contributing immediately with minimal onboarding or training.

Windows Infrastructure Engineer

Location : Plano, TX

Mode : Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, configure, and deploy Windows operating system images across large enterprise environments.
• Manage and support Windows-based endpoints, including desktops, workstations, and ATMs.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate system administration, deployment, and infrastructure management tasks.
• Perform enterprise-wide endpoint management, software distribution, and deployment activities.
• Support application onboarding and coordinate the deployment of new applications across Windows environments.
• Package and prepare software applications for enterprise deployment.
• Utilize endpoint management tools such as SSCM/SCCM and Radia to manage and deploy software and operating system updates.
• Support web server infrastructure using Apache Web Server and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows infrastructure, endpoint, and deployment issues.
• Work independently in a complex enterprise environment with minimal supervision and ramp-up time.

Required Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience as a Windows Infrastructure Engineer, Windows Systems Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (WOS).
• Proven experience building Windows images and performing large-scale operating system deployments.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience managing Windows endpoints, including desktops and workstations.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments, preferably with 10,000+ Windows devices.
• Ability to step into the role and deliver results with minimal training.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SSCM/SCCM and Radia for endpoint management and software deployment.
• Experience with enterprise software packaging and application deployment.
• Experience onboarding new applications into enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Apache Web Server and Microsoft IIS.
• Experience managing and deploying Windows operating systems across large, distributed enterprise environments.
