Job Description

We are seeking a React Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React. js, while also possessing a foundational understanding of Java-based backend services.

The candidate should be able to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, high-performing web applications in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance modern React-based web applications.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and browser compatibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Implement unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
• Contribute to Java backend services when necessary, including API integration and minor enhancements.
• Ensure security, resiliency, and maintainability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, application security, and Agile development methodologies.
• Basic proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend integration and support.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or npm/yarn.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience participating in coding assessments and technical interviews.
• Experience working in hybrid and collaborative Agile environments.
• AI tools, GitHub Copilot, MCP.
