Position Title

Expected Duration: 6+ months – Contract To Hire Job Type: Contract - To - Hire Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern backend services and a proven ability to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain resilient and secure applications using Agile practices .

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications with emphasis on rich, accessible UI using React and TypeScript.
• Implement and consume RESTful or GraphQL services and integrate front-end components with backend APIs.
• Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and TDD to ensure quality, reliability, and repeatable delivery.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, refine requirements, and deliver incremental value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including state management and component-driven development.
• Working proficiency in backend development using one or more general-purpose languages and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and common frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud-native development, application resiliency, and security best practices.
• Ability to participate across the software lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps toolchains for continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and secure coding for web applications.
