Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role:

Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation hospital setting, providing specialized care for adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support safe mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about condition management and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care conferences.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within a patient-centered, faith-based environment.
