Inpatient Neuro Occupational Therapist

Role: Provide one-to-one occupational therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver targeted therapy to support patient recovery and functional independence.
• Accurately document care procedures and patient progress.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in a mentorship program designed to support new hires' professional development.
• Qualifications & Skills Relevant licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• Experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop patient-centered treatment plans and document care thoroughly.
