We are seeking an experienced

Business Intelligence Specialist / BI SME

with strong hands-on expertise in

Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

. The role will focus on BI development, semantic modeling, platform migration, administration, integration, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize

Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and SAC

dashboards, reports, and semantic models.

• Support

BI migrations

from SAP BI to Power BI/Tableau.

• Integrate BI platforms with

Oracle, Cloudera, AWS, GCP, and Azure

.

• Support BI administration, monitoring, licensing, security, and authentication.
• Optimize report/dashboard performance and establish BI best practices.
• Act as a

BI SME

, providing technical support, training, and documentation.

• Stay current with

AI-assisted BI

capabilities such as Power BI Copilot, Tableau Agent/Pulse, and SAC AI.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of BI/reporting/data analytics experience.
• Strong

Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and SAC

experience.

• Semantic/data modeling and BI migration experience.
• Experience with

ETL/ELT, Oracle, Cloudera, AWS, GCP, and Azure

.

• BI administration, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
