Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner for Enterprise Wireline Connectivity. This role is responsible for the entire product development lifecycle for assigned connectivity products, from intake through post-launch support. The position involves partnering with management and leadership to define project scope and ensuring successful stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the entire product development lifecycle for assigned connectivity products.
  • Partner with Product Line Management, Program Management, and leadership to define the program or project scope.
  • Complete cross-functional stakeholder discovery, determining process and system impacts, and writing requirements.
  • Author and maintain core Product Owner deliverables.
  • Partner with project management to achieve stakeholder alignment and maintain development timelines.
  • Establish an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to impacted stakeholders.
  • Serve as the product subject-matter authority for assigned products.
  • Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Requires demonstrated subject-matter expertise in a connectivity or network technology area (Internet, Fiber, Ethernet, Optical/transport, or DOCSIS/Broadband) with 5-7 years of experience.
  • The role requires skills in verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AI capabilities and demonstrated ability applying AI-assisted methods to the production and review of deliverables.
