Description

American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric RN with at least 3 years of experience and prior travel assignment history for a post-surgical acute care unit.

Details

• Pediatric post-surgical acute care floor with 35 beds
• Cares for post-surgical patients across orthopedics, general surgery, cardiac, and neurology specialties
• Unit includes centralized monitoring for high-quality patient care
• Supports a 12-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) with 6 beds for seizure monitoring and 6 for surgical overflow
• EMU equipped with specialty equipment for seizure activity monitoring and visualization
• Day shift schedule, 3x11.5 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required
• Must have completed at least 2 previous travel assignments
• EPIC charting system experience required
• 2 professional references required from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director (Charge RNs not accepted)
