Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP RN with a TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience for a 13-week assignment at a Fort Worth facility.

Details

• Works in the Electrophysiology unit within a 5-room cardiac cath lab procedure area
• 12-hour day shift schedule covering cath lab hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Staff work in 3-4 person teams
• Uses Merge and MACLAB EMR systems
• No on-call requirements for EP staff
• Performs procedures including PFA, SVT, and PVC cases

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
• Experience with MACLAB and Cardiolab preferred
• Prior EP lab experience preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

• Join a team of approximately 25 staff members in a fast-paced cardiac cath lab environment
• Outgoing personality and strong willingness to work are ideal traits for this unit
• Unit policies and guidelines will be provided upon starting the assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
