Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience.

Details

• 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
• Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• 13-week assignment with scheduled shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts available on request

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience required
• AHA certifications required
• Active state licensure required at time of consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months are not eligible
• Must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
