URGENT HIRING: Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Job description:

Alliance Care Specialists is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically fragile pediatric patient in the home setting.

• Location: Lawrenceville, GA
• Pay: $52 per hour
• 8-hour case
• Schedule: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
• Monitor the patient's condition and respond to changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with the patient's family and clinical team
• Provide compassionate, professional care to the child and family

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Experience caring for medically fragile children preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Must be available to start as soon as possible
