Position: RN | Pediatric Private Duty Nursing | Part-Time

Alliance Care Specialists is looking for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile child in the home in Gainesville.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys pediatric nursing and wants to provide focused, individualized care in a home setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile pediatric patient in the home
• Follow the child's individualized plan of care and physician orders
• Monitor the child's condition and recognize changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with feeding and other prescribed nursing interventions
• Perform appropriate assessments and document nursing care accurately
• Provide care related to the child's specific medical needs and equipment
• Communicate changes in condition with the family, supervising nurse, and healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
• Follow all applicable nursing, agency, and infection-control standards

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience caring for medically fragile children preferred
• Private duty nursing or pediatric home care experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home-care setting
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
