GAPP & ICWP MARKETING SPECIALIST

Alliance Care Specialists, LLC is seeking an experienced marketing professional to grow our home care agency by building referral partnerships and connecting more families and individuals with the care they need at home.

Qualifications

• Experience with Georgia’s GAPP Waiver Program (required).
• Knowledge of ICWP (preferred).
• Background in case management (CM).
• Proven experience generating patient referrals and building referral partnerships.
• Ability to review and understand waiver program manuals, guidelines, and PDF documents.
• Reliable transportation for in-person outreach and networking.

Responsibilities

• Generate new patient referrals and increase program enrollment.
• Build relationships with case managers, waiver coordinators, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop partnerships with hospitals and organizations serving medically fragile children and individuals who may qualify for GAPP or ICWP.
• Promote ACS’s GAPP and ICWP services to potential referral partners.
• Review waiver program manuals and guidelines to identify opportunities for program growth and referrals.

Position

Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week Pay: Negotiable based on experience Start Date: January 1, 2027
