- Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.
- Design and integrate mechanical, electrical, software, AI, and automation solutions to enhance process equipment capability and automation tooling performance.
- Develop maintenance procedures, technical documentation, safety standards, and technician training , while supporting equipment projects, equipment characterization, and manufacturing capability development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, and continuous improvement .
- Develop and implement equipment automation and upgrades , using AI and the latest automation technologies to improve equipment stability, performance, and productivity.
- Prepare electrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems for cleaning equipment.
- Integrate different equipment modules and systems to ensure stable and reliable operation .
- Design, modify, and assemble mechanical and electrical components to improve equipment performance for square glass, chemical etch, and cleaning processes .
- Develop maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components.
- Perform equipment characterization and capability studies to ensure equipment meets safety standards and requirements.
- Support equipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects .
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and HIRAC documentation .
- Provide technical and safety training and establish safety guidelines for technicians.
- Work closely with process, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive equipment improvements.
REQUIRED:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Optical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.
PREFERRED:
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment, automation, electrical/mechanical systems, or process equipment .
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience or strong interest in automation, AI, robotics, and new technologies is an advantage.
