Night Auditor - Moxy Memphis

Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? At Moxy Memphis Downtown , we’re looking for a Night Auditor to keep things running smoothly while the world sleeps. As the overnight ambassador for our hotel, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, secure, and well cared for – even in the wee hours of the morning.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome late-night guests with a warm smile, check them in, and assist with any questions or requests.
• Handle the overnight audit process, balancing accounts and preparing daily financial reports (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Monitor hotel security, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs – whether it’s a midnight snack recommendation or solving a last-minute request.
• Prepare for the day ahead by setting up breakfast and ensuring the front desk is guest-ready for the morning crew.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• A love for working independently and staying productive during quiet hours.
• A strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you’re a calm, collected multitasker.
• Prior hotel, front desk, or accounting experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train candidates with the right attitude and dedication.
• The ability to work overnight shifts (approximately 11 PM to 7 AM).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Light work – exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
