Regional Vice President, Sales Enterprise

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Vice President to manage our core Enterprise Sales team covering South Africa. The role will lead all aspects of a diverse team of Enterprise Account Executives.

We are seeking to hire an inspiring individual who will have responsibility for running the core Enterprise Sales team covering South Africa.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Supporting Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
• Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training duties
• Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
• Coaching and professionally developing Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
• Consistently supervising and improving the sales activities of the team
• Building a strong go to market strategy for your territory
• Contributing to Salesforce’s brand awareness and positive perception in the market
