Raytheon UK is looking for a Senior Training Analyst, a specialist learning professional with advanced experience in Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and all aspects of the instructional design area.

As Senior Training Analyst, you will utilise expertise in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to support the delivery of all aspects of a major naval capability. Our Senior Training Analyst will report to the Training Realisation Manager and plays a key role in collaboratively working with other members of Raytheon UK and partners.

You must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS and SC clearance, you can expect to work largely remotely but will be required to travel up to 25% of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT-compliant delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers, and OEMs throughout programme delivery.
  • Provide project reporting, presentations, and status updates to customers and management.
  • Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Coach and mentor analysts while driving curriculum change and continuous improvement.
  • Research emerging learning technologies and represent the business at industry events.
  • Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance across all activities.

Required experience

  • Demonstrated advanced DSAT experience
  • A consultative approach (customer relationship skills)
  • Presenting to management and senior leaders
  • Writing and oral communication skills
  • Using the MS Office suite with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working with blended learning programs and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Desirable experience

  • Working knowledge and understanding of ADDIE cycle
  • eLearning development
  • Graphics development applications
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Passionate about staying on the cutting edge of adult learning practices
  • Demonstrate qualification or practical experience in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance Technology, Adult Education and Training, Human Factors Engineering, Industrial/Process Engineering or related area.
