About Outtake
Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks.
Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.
Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers.
The Role
This is a Technical Account Manager role. You will own enterprise and mid-market accounts from deal closure through adoption and expansion, serving as the technical partner customers trust and the person watching for where each account can grow larger.
This is a hands-on and technical role with a strong commercial edge — you'll be building trust with customers, getting into the product yourself, and owning the number on your accounts.
You will sit where customer needs, product, and execution meet: configuring the platform, standing up agents, and turning what you learn in the field into a better product and a bigger book. The role begins as an individual contributor position; a strong revenue track record and technical fluency will both matter as your book grows.
This is a role that builds the playbook rather than inherits it. Outtake is early enough that a lot doesn't exist yet, and you will be expected to build the practices that define how customers succeed on the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own expansion on your book — spotting where accounts can grow and going after it, whether new use cases, new teams, or more of the platform
- Own retention and renewals — catching risk early and acting before it becomes a renewal problem
- Own deployment and configuration — standing up customer environments, prompt engineering, and tuning the agents across the product surface
- Serve as the technical point of contact for your accounts, guiding customers through the platform and helping them achieve real outcomes as it evolves
- Feed field insights back to product and engineering — the patterns, the gaps, what to build next
- As the book grows, we expect this role to take on broader ownership over account strategy and the playbooks that support it
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love of working with customers — the day-to-day of hearing their problems and earning their trust
- Technical chops, with the ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot independently, and comfort getting hands-on with agents
- A desire to build the playbooks rather than inherit them, and the drive to create structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Nice to have: experience at a fast-paced startup or other high-growth environment
Life at Outtake

- Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time.
- Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events.
