ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Sales Technology Engineer reporting to the Sr. Director – Product Delivery, you'll lead how Nasdaq's go-to-market technology is designed, connected, and extended with AI. You'll own the platforms end to end, from administration through architecture, make the calls on how they evolve, and build the integrations and AI agents that change how our global revenue teams work.
This role may grow to include one to two direct reports.

Own the platform
- Own the architecture, configuration, and health of our GTM stack, making decisions on design, priorities, and trade-offs
- Set the standards, governance, and documentation for how tools are configured, integrated, and changed
- Lead vendor relationships and request prioritization with revenue stakeholders
Integrate
- Design and build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Informatica)
- Monitor and harden integrations so data flows reliably as we scale
Build with AI
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM workflows on Nasdaq's internal AI platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, using live CRM and conversation data
- Test and improve agent quality, accuracy, and adoption after launch
Lead
- Partner with Sales, BD, CS, and RevOps to turn business problems into solutions
- Decide what to build, buy, or retire
- Mentor team members and share best practices, development standards, and AI innovation across the team

- 5+ years in systems, integration, or platform engineering, including owning the administration of SaaS business applications
- Has built integrations hands-on with APIs (REST, JSON, OAuth) and at least one integration platform

- Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, plus SQL
- Has led a tool implementation, integration, or platform change from design to launch
- Experience working directly with sales or other business-facing teams, and can explain technical trade-offs to senior leaders
- Amenable to working mid-shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Nice to Have
- Salesforce technical experience (data model, APIs, Flows)
- Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
