As a Sales Support Analyst reporting to the Lead Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in keeping our sales and client operations running smoothly — ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of accounts, contracts, orders, and billing across a fast-paced, global environment.

You'll thrive in this position if you're detail-oriented, process-driven, and collaborative, and bring a genuine interest in delivering high-quality operational support across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer accounts, contracts, and orders end-to-end — from opportunity support and approvals through to order fulfillment and billing accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Legal to resolve client cases involving asset portfolios, billing corrections, credits, and rebills.
  • Research and resolve operational and billing issues, ensuring corrective actions are applied in line with applicable guidelines and SOX controls.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for junior team members and cross-functional partners, providing guidance on system capabilities and process requirements.
  • Manage client billing inquiries through to resolution, maintaining clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least two years of experience in sales support, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or comparable business management systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Clear communicator with experience collaborating across internal business groups, client-facing teams, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with SOX requirements or business controls environments.
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines , and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office , subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
