Senior Systems Analyst (ERP/TMS Integration)

This role owns the design, build, and support of ERP/TMS and integration platforms, including API, EDI, and purchase order workflows, for a global logistics and supply chain organization operating across regions.

You will translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions, weighing feasibility against long-term scalability, and lead technical decisions in partnership with product owners, technical program managers, and development teams. As the primary point of contact for real-time support during US business hours, you will triage, resolve, and escalate incidents while keeping existing services stable.

The role sits within a regional team supporting global operations, and combines hands-on solution design with day-to-day operational ownership of system health and reliability.
