About this role
About the role
Great IT support helps people get started quickly and keeps their work moving. As our IT Operations Specialist, you’ll support teammates working on a variety of projects, helping with onboarding, access, devices, and everyday technical issues.
You’ll work closely with our IT Operations team and project stakeholders, follow established processes, and help improve them as we grow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, stays organized, and follows through.
This is an individual contributor role based on-site in Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate setup, access provisioning, and timely access removal.
- IT support: Resolve technical issues, track requests, and keep teammates informed.
- Asset management: Maintain device and software license inventories, coordinate device setup and logistics, and manage license assignments and renewals.
- Cybersecurity and compliance: Help maintain security controls, complete access and device reviews, and prepare audit evidence.
- Processes and tools: Maintain documentation, improve workflows, and support tool rollouts.
Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Around 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, IT administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience supporting MacBooks and troubleshooting macOS is required; experience with Chromebooks and ChromeOS is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting user accounts and common workplace software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to guide both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Strong organization and attention to detail—you can manage several requests, keep records accurate, and follow up proactively.
- Good judgment about when to solve an issue independently and when to ask for help.
- An understanding of basic security practices, including MFA, secure device setup, and access management.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
What we offer
- Flexible time off policy
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Profit-sharing program
- Paid parental leave
- Annual education and fitness allowance
