Project Management Associate (Japanese Speaking)

• Provide administrative support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
• Create & maintain project documentations & reports
• Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
• Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM
• Support PM in sample management
• 1-3 years of working experience using project management principles desired
• Basic background knowledge on PM processes & tools
• Basic understanding on specific division products & systems
• Become an independent interface with internal customers and stakeholders
• Basic understanding on CIP, contribute to process improvement
• Understand about internal customer’s requests
• Have basic knowledge on leading topic: leading yourself
