Construction is a multi-trillion-dollar industry that still estimates by hand. Contractors measure and count materials off drawings manually, and it caps how many jobs they can bid. Bobyard uses computer vision and NLP to automate takeoffs and estimates, so contractors bid faster and win more.

We raised a $35M Series A led by 8VC, with Primary and Pear, and we're growing fast.

About The Role

As we scale the core product and launch new 0→1 bets, you'll own a roadmap end to end. You'll spend real time with estimators, PMs, and GCs, decide what we build and cut, and ship it with engineering and design.

What You'll Do

• Spend real time with customers until you know their workflow cold
• Shape the roadmap: what we build, what we cut, and why
• Take 0→1 ideas from concept to shipped, tested, and iterated
• Work side by side with engineering and design, no handoffs
• Align with marketing and sales on how we position what we ship

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS
• Shipped 0→1 products with real customer traction
• You turn heavy customer input into a clear plan
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or the equivalent combination of education and specialized experience

Nice to have

• AI/ML product experience
• Construction or workflow-heavy software

We move fast, and priorities shift as we learn from customers. Playbooks, context, and requirements are often incomplete when work starts, and you'll be expected to shape them. If that pace excites you, you'll fit in well.

• $150,000–$170,000 base + bonus + 0.02%–0.05% equity

• Full-time, in person at our San Francisco office (101 2nd Street), 4 days a week.
