About this role

About XpertDox

XpertDox, Inc. is a physician-founded, venture-backed healthcare AI company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a global delivery team in India. Our platform, XpertCoding, autonomously codes outpatient medical claims directly from clinical documentation using neural networks, machine learning, and natural language processing.

We serve outpatient healthcare organizations in almost all 50 states, with deep expertise in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), women's health and OB/GYN practices, and behavioral health providers. Position Summary You will own the user experience and interface design of the BI Platform, our website xpertdox.com, and our internal apps.

The BI Platform is used daily by healthcare leaders such as CFOs, Revenue Cycle Directors, Practice Administrators, and Billing Managers. They are not technical power users and need information presented clearly with minimal clicks. We are redesigning the BI Platform to be conversational first, and you will lead the design of that experience.

You will set the design standards that engineering builds into a shared component system. This is a senior, hands-on, individual contributor role. You will design in Figma, and you will run the research and data analysis that tells you what to design.

You are expected to move from research to wireframe to recommendation in days, not weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role you will: Own UX and UI design for the BI Platform, xpertdox.com, and the internal apps.
  • Lead the design of the conversational-first BI Platform, from research through validated prototypes.
  • Own design standards across every platform: visual language, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
  • Turn research into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma, and validate them with users before engineering builds.
  • Run usability testing and discovery interviews with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Turn NPS and CSAT results from Client Success into prioritized product recommendations.
  • Analyze behavioral data (funnels, heatmaps, and session recordings) to find where users drop off and where workflow friction exists.
  • Own the xpertdox.com user experience: audit the visitor journey, run A/B tests on the demo request flow and landing pages, and measure the effect on demo request volume and lead quality.
  • Define success metrics for every release, and track engagement, retention, NPS, and CSAT after launch.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing, and present findings to engineers and non-technical healthcare executives.

Required Qualifications

  • A portfolio showing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows you built yourself in Figma.
  • 5+ years in UX design on B2B SaaS products.
  • Usability testing and discovery interviews you ran with non-technical business users such as finance, operations, or clinical administration staff.
  • Hands-on behavioral analytics: funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings, with tools such as Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalents.
  • A/B testing and conversion optimization on product or web experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Design work on dashboard or analytics-heavy platforms, including Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Partnering with Client Success to improve platform adoption and reduce churn.
  • Website landing page and lead capture design.
  • Design systems and accessibility.
  • Using AI tools in design workflows.
  • Location and Schedule This role is on-site at our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • It is not a remote or hybrid role.
  • Applicants from anywhere in the United States are welcome, with relocation to the Scottsdale area required before your start date.
  • The role does not require travel.

Compensation

Base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Eligible for incentive stock options. Relocation assistance available, with terms discussed at offer stage.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with matching.
  • Unlimited PTO and parental leave.
  • Wellness program, Friday lunch, and snacks.
  • To Apply Apply at https://careers.xpertdox.com/ XpertDox, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
