Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Vincit is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products. This role combines user research, interaction design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to develop user-centered solutions that support customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design from discovery and concept development through delivery
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components
• Evaluate usability and refine designs based on feedback
• Present design concepts and explain decisions to stakeholders
• Mentor designers and promote consistent design standards

Requirements

• Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
• Several years of professional product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered digital product design
• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools
• Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility, and interaction design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
