Supply Chain Analyst - candidate pipeline data (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Granite Staffing is a staffing firm in Milwaukee that places warehouse, packaging and logistics workers. We are hiring a full-time supply chain analyst to help us match staffing to our clients' seasonal demand. What you will do

• Analyse client order volumes and forecast staffing needs by week.
• Build dashboards showing fill rates, no-show rates and time to place.
• Advise recruiters where to focus each week. What we are looking for
• One to two years in supply chain, operations or workforce analytics.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and some SQL. Full-time, remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee.
