$61.75/hour.

SCHEDULE

Working Model: Fully onsite. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

CONTRACT TERM

6-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role monitors system logs and troubleshoots interface errors and issues with online orders, mainly within the SAP S/4HANA system, and supports eCommerce process improvement projects and initiatives. The role also assists with project planning and coordination, works with cross-functional teams including HQ, Engineering, operations, and vendors, and helps present re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES* Conduct daily system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders, mainly within the SAP S/4HANA system.

• Support eComm process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies.
• Distill vision and strategy for the team; evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including HQ, Engineering teams, operations teams, and vendors if required.
• Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS* At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP S/4HANA.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (Computer Science or Information Sciences and Technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred).
• Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability using Microsoft Office products at an Expert/Advanced level.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred.

• Korean speaking is a plus but not required.
