Compensation and Benefits

What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist at WAVE, you will:

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is clinically thoughtful, confident, movement-focused, and committed to individualized care.
You should have:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending eligibility for Physical Therapist licensure in Ohio.
- Five or more years of outpatient orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy experience preferred.
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
- Experience developing individualized plans of care.
- Confidence making independent clinical decisions.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- A commitment to high-quality Physical Therapy.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- A strong focus on patient experience and functional outcomes.
Additional Experience We Value
