Shift Information

This position is full time- working part of the time on the floor as a nurse.

• Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department.
• Serve as director in director’s absence.

Required Education

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN Required Skills:

Leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship. Knowledge of critical care practices. Act as a mentor, coach and develop others, act as a role model.

Required Licensure/Registration/Certification

Required Experience

Two years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in the med/surg area or equivalent Preferred Experience:

5 years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in med/surg Qualifications:
