Account Manager

Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you’ll build strong business-to-business (B2B) relationships and guide clients toward technology solutions that fit their needs. You’ll combine consultative selling, proactive outreach, and responsive customer service to develop opportunities and move deals forward.

Duties

• Manage client relationships through clear, timely client communication and follow-up.
• Use inside sales, outbound calling, and warm calling to connect with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify needs, present technology sales solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate account activity, pipeline details, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce Cloud and other customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Apply sales automation technologies and sales technology adoption practices to support an organized, consistent sales process.

Skills

• Essential: Strong communication skills, professional phone communication, customer service, and English proficiency.
• Essential: Sales experience, consultative selling ability, and confidence with negotiation and deal closing.
• Essential: CRM system proficiency, including Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is useful.
• Preferred: Technology or technical sales experience, B2B sales, inside sales, telemarketing, outbound and warm calling, or call center experience.
• Preferred: Experience using sales automation technologies and adopting sales technology to improve day-to-day sales workflows.
