Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics)

Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) Provide compassionate, family-centered occupational therapy to children in home and school settings. Evaluate pediatric developmental and medical needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy focused on improving functional independence and overall quality of life.

Key Duties Conduct assessments of children’s developmental and medical needs Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to support goals Provide therapeutic interventions to help children build daily living and functional skills Qualifications & Skills Licensed Occupational Therapist Strong pediatric OT assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and relationship-building with families and educators Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, supportive team Compassionate, mission-driven approach to helping children reach meaningful outcomes
