Occupational Therapist (Pediatric)

Provide compassionate pediatric occupational therapy in home and school settings. Conduct evaluations of children with developmental and medical needs, and use findings to develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional independence and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess children’s abilities and needs through clinical evaluation
• Create and implement individualized, goal-directed therapy plans
• Deliver therapy services in home and school environments
• Partner with families, schools, and healthcare providers to support coordinated care
• Apply a family-centered approach to help caregivers and teams understand goals and progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered/licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience or strong pediatric competency
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and empathy
• Ability to work effectively across home, school, and clinical partners
