Director of Clinical Services (RN) Medicare Home Health

Vertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality Medicare Home Health services throughout Palm Beach County.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care.
• Supervise and support nursing and therapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and agency requirements.
• Oversee OASIS, SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor quality, patient outcomes, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, Intake, and other departments.
• Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to field clinicians.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license.
• Medicare-certified Home Health experience required.
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare Home Health requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
