Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical and functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation programs to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications for home and workplace environments.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation and patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Support patients in regaining skills and preparing to return to work.
