Full Stack Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build well-structured frontend features in React and TypeScript, owning them end to end from UI and state management through API integration and deployment Contribute to backend APIs and data models in Python using FastAPI Work closely with product and business stakeholders to turn customer problems into simple, usable experiences Move between two different frontend contexts: a React/TypeScript SPA for RCM and a Django server-rendered app for Marketplace Participate in code review and architecture discussions; help raise the bar on frontend quality across the team Use AI coding agents as a standard part of planning, building, and reviewing work, not a side experiment Rotate onto Marketplace work by quarter as staffing needs shift IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE 7+ years of experience with a strong, current frontend focus (6-10 years) Deep React/TypeScript skill and solid UI fundamentals - layout, performance, state management Backend range in Python/FastAPI Hands-on with, or strongly opinionated about, TanStack Router and TanStack Query Comfortable building day to day with AI coding agents and able to speak candidly to their limits Blended background: foundational time at a big tech or growth-stage SaaS company, plus startup experience at a vertically focused product company Wants full-time, permanent work only Nice to have: payments/billing/insurance-adjacent product experience, Zod or schema-driven API client experience, B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy product background, healthcare or dental exposure QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of full stack engineering experience, frontend-weighted Deep React and TypeScript experience; working Python/FastAPI backend experience Comfortable in a hybrid schedule, 3 days per week in the NYC office By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
