Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in home care per visit to join our team at University Home Care Inc. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care during home visits, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Monitor patient progress and document all care provided accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to home care nursing.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience working in home care settings performing per visit nursing services.
• Kinner experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to assess patient needs in a home environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
