Lead Systems Engineer – Azure & Enterprise Applications Location: West Los Angeles, CA or Tampa, FL | Hybrid – 3 days onsite We are seeking a hands-on Lead Systems Engineer to support enterprise corporate applications and hybrid-cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, automation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise applications across Azure and on-premises/hybrid-cloud environments.
• Drive automation and infrastructure engineering using Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or Bash .
• Support containerized environments and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK .
• Identify and implement AI/LLM and intelligent automation solutions for corporate systems and business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and lead technical initiatives.
• Support security and compliance requirements, including PCI DSS and SOC 2 .

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering or related experience.
• Strong hands-on Azure/hybrid-cloud experience.
• Enterprise application/corporate systems experience.
• Hands-on IaC, scripting, containers, and observability experience.
• Practical experience with AI/automation .
• Ability to lead while remaining hands-on.
• C# experience preferred.
• Financial services, banking, or fintech experience strongly preferred.
